This is our family retreat at the top of the Tegefjäll Mountain.
When we decided to build our own holiday home in Åre we spoke to many locals and asked them for advice where to settle down? Everyone advised us to look for a plot in the upper parts of Tege. The only problem was that there were only 3 plots in the whole area that met our family´s requirements and none of them were for sale. After some years we finally managed to buy one of these plots. Back in 2010 I started to draw our log house. The Åre Peak Chalet was finalized in year 2013.
Most of my guests are returning guests and it brings me a lot of joy. I am assured you will enjoy your stay in my “home away from home”. Over the years, not a single party has rated their stay anything but excellent. Enter the guest book if you would like a peek.
